Revolutionary product, no sales system
The thing works. Nothing exists to put it in front of buyers repeatably.

Our story
Growth Frontier was started in 2022 by a sales practitioner who had already worked every seat in the process - and kept seeing the same thing break, company after company.

01 - The pattern
The team is motivated, smart and funded. The product is genuinely good. And it still does not "basically sell itself" - because nobody has built the machine that sells it.
The same three failures, in company after company.
We spent years watching good ideas stall at exactly this point. Not because the market rejected them, and not because the founders were not capable - because selling was treated as something that would happen naturally once the product was ready.
Growth Frontier exists to solve that one problem, specifically, for companies in that position: the sales function itself. Not fundraising, and not marketing as a service - though when the analysis shows marketing is what is feeding sales badly, changing it is part of the build.
01
Revolutionary product, no sales system
The thing works. Nothing exists to put it in front of buyers repeatably.
02
Motivated team, wrong structure
Good people in roles that were never designed for how the company actually sells.
03
Great ideas, invisible to the market
The buyers who would say yes have not heard of it, and no process is reaching them.
02 - The founder
Ivan Babovic started at the help desk, which is where he learned the thing most sales training never teaches: how to help someone and hit a number at the same time.
Every method here was built in a room, not a book.
From large corporations to bootstrapped startups across several industries, Ivan accumulated the practical knowledge to build a high-performing sales organization from nothing - including all the ways that goes wrong.
Selling a service aimed directly at founders made the pattern impossible to miss. The same critical steps taken for granted. The same money spent in the wrong order. That is where the idea for Growth Frontier took shape.
The first call on any engagement is with Ivan, not a sales development rep.
03 - The road here
Every step of this path is a room Ivan has actually sat in. It is also, in order, the reason the method starts with strategy and ends with support.
The help desk
Where helping a person and serving the organization's goal turned out to be the same skill. Every engagement since has run on it.
Sales orgs inside large corporations
Structure, territories, comp plans and forecast discipline at a scale where sloppiness is immediately visible in the numbers.
Bootstrapped startups, many industries
The opposite constraint: no budget, no headcount, no room for a wrong hire. This is where the analysis-first method came from - and the reason a build runs six months rather than six weeks.
Growth Frontier, 2022
Founded to install the thing those startups kept needing and could not buy anywhere: a working sales function, not advice about one.
04 - What we believe
These are not values on a wall. Each one costs us something, which is how you can tell we mean it.
What we hold to
What that costs us
A sales system that only works while we are in the room is not a system.
Why we exist
"These business ideas were brilliant and deserved to be told through a successful sales organization."See how the method works
We put money behind that sentence: up to 20% of our fees go back into your business. Start with a call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.
The first call is with Ivan Babovic, who founded the firm - not a sales development rep. Thirty minutes, no deck.
