After years of talking to astounding intellectuals, such as yourself, while also experiencing the same problems, start-up after start-up, I decided it was time for us to help bring these ideas to the world, that is where Our Why begins ...

OUR WHY

Our founder & CEO, Ivan Babovic, started his career from the trenches (as it was so often colloquially referred to among his coworkers) working as a Help Desk Representative where he found his passion for helping individuals all while maintaining the objectives of the organization itself. It is with this approach that he started his sales career and always sought out sales as a means of helping by understanding the prospects problems & how his product/service is the solution.

Experiencing sales from large corporations to bootstrapped start-ups, spanning multiple industries, he acquired the knowledge & skills needed to help grow a successful Sales Organization.

​

While focusing on start-ups he was able to speak to many founders, listen to their ideas & appreciate their products/services while identifying that all their companies lacked a common skillset, selling. Many start-ups all approached sales with the same mistakes, taking important aspects for granted while focusing their time & resources on unsuccessful methods. 

​

"I was, at that time, selling a service that was directly aimed at start-ups across the globe. Our leads and prospects were, 95% of the time, the actual founders of these start-ups and I would have calls trying to understand what it is they do, how they do it and of course where we could help them. It was within these conversations I discovered that these business ideas were brilliant and deserved to be told through a successful sales organization. That is when I started working on the idea of establishing and implementing sales structures for organizations."
