We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site, alongside the information you choose to send us. Below is the specific version of that.
What this site does
- Receives the enquiry you choose to send us
- Uses Microsoft Clarity to understand page use and improve the site
- Serves its pages, fonts and images from this domain
- Relies on our host for delivery, security and standard request logs
What this site does not do
- Use advertising pixels or sell your activity to advertisers
- Use Clarity to identify you by name or contact you
- Track you across unrelated sites or make automated decisions
- Sell, rent or share your data for anyone else's marketing
Microsoft Clarity is our only analytics tool. It helps us see which pages are useful and where the site is difficult to use; it is not used for advertising or to identify you by name.
Who we are

What we collect, and when
When you use the contact form. The form asks for your name, your work email, your company (optional) and your message. Netlify processes the submission for delivery and spam protection together with the technical request data described below. The only additional form field is a spam trap, which legitimate visitors leave empty.
When you email, call or message us. We receive whatever you send, and we keep the notes we need in order to reply and to run the conversation that follows.
Server logs. Our host processes the technical data every web request carries - IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and timing. This is used to serve the site, block abuse and diagnose faults. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
When you browse the site. Microsoft Clarity processes pseudonymous usage information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and session interactions so we can understand and improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask form fields and does not receive the information you submit through our contact form.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Where the GDPR or Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection applies, our legal bases are: legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry addressed to us and in keeping our own website secure; and performance of a contract once you become a client. We do not rely on consent for any of the above, because none of it is marketing - and we do not run a marketing list off this site.
Who else touches it
Netlify hosts this website, serves its pages and processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Netlify acts as our processor under its data processing terms.
Microsoft Clarity provides our usage analytics, including session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft processes that information under its privacy terms and Clarity service terms.
A verified form submission is stored in our Netlify project and sent as a notification to our business inbox. Netlify and the email providers involved in that delivery process the message only to provide those services. You can instead email us directly or call us.
Netlify, Microsoft and our email providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your own country under the transfer safeguards in their terms. We use no advertising network or data broker, and we do not enrich what you send us with data bought from anywhere else.
Cookies
Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or use similar browser storage to distinguish sessions and produce usage reports. The Clarity script is the only analytics third-party script on these pages. Netlify may also set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site depends on analytics cookies to be readable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Client records: kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Serbian accounting and tax law requires us to keep them. Server logs: retained by our host on their own short rolling schedule, typically days rather than months. Clarity analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's service settings and terms.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner than that, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to us holding it at all, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@thegrowthfrontier.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
When this changes
If we add a tool that changes any of the above - for example another analytics package, a CRM behind the form, or a new cookie - we will change this page and update the date at the top. There is no version of that change we would make quietly.
