CRM Implementation

Your tech stack, optimized for visibility and control over every deal. We select, configure, and roll out CRM platforms your team will actually use.

The Engine Room of Your Revenue Operation

A CRM is only valuable if your team actually uses it, and uses it correctly. Most organizations have CRM data that is incomplete, inconsistent, and unreliable. Dashboards and forecasts built on that data are equally unreliable. CRM Implementation turns your technology stack from a passive record-keeper into an active revenue intelligence system.

We begin with a requirements assessment: what does your actual sales motion need from your CRM, and what does your current setup look like? From there, we configure the platform to match how your team really sells, building the pipeline stages, custom fields, views, and automations that reflect your process rather than the factory default.

The integration layer is where most CRM implementations fail. We connect your outreach tools, lead enrichment sources, email, calendar, and reporting stack into a single coherent workflow, so your reps capture data as a byproduct of selling, not as administrative overhead. Dashboards are built for the decisions your managers actually make.

The final component is adoption. We train your team, document every workflow in plain language, and establish data hygiene protocols that keep the system clean after we leave. A well-adopted CRM is a competitive advantage; a neglected one is a liability.

How We Work

Requirements Audit

We map your current sales process, identify gaps in your existing setup, and define the exact capabilities your CRM needs to support your team at this stage of growth.

Platform Configuration

We configure pipeline stages, fields, and views to match your real sales motion, replacing the default setup with something your team will actually recognize and use.

Integration & Automation Build

We connect your tool stack and build the automations that eliminate manual data entry, enforce process steps, and surface the right information at the right time.

Training & Adoption Launch

We train your team by role, document every workflow, and establish the reporting cadences that make CRM usage the path of least resistance, not an extra burden.

Common Questions

How long does a CRM implementation take?

The CRM build runs about a month and sits in month three of a six-month engagement, after the analysis has defined the process it has to support. How long configuration takes depends on how complex your sales motion is and how many tools need to be integrated into the platform.

Do we need to switch CRM platforms?

Rarely. We work within HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and most common platforms. The problems we fix are almost always configuration and process gaps, not platform limitations.

What happens to our existing data?

We audit it first. Usable records get cleaned and migrated into the new structure; stale or duplicate data gets flagged for your team to review before anything is discarded.
