These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement that governs an engagement - that one is signed, specific to your company, and always wins over anything written here.

Every figure in the diagrams on this site describes our method, not a client's numbers.

This website is operated by Growth Frontier, a sales implementation consultancy based in Belgrade, Serbia. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
The site is information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of being accepted, and nothing here creates a contract between us. Descriptions of services, timelines, phases and packages describe how we normally work. What we would actually do for your company, over what period and at what price, is determined by the analysis and set out in a written agreement signed by both sides.
Sending the contact form or having a call does not create a client relationship. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Timelines and figures here are illustrative
The project outline, the phase durations, the discipline sequence and any charts or status panels on this site illustrate the shape of our method. They are not a quotation, a schedule, or a record of client work. The actual scope, sequence and duration of your project come out of your own analysis and evaluation, which is why we do not price anything before that work is done.
We publish no client logos, no case-study figures and no testimonials. If you see one attributed to us elsewhere, it did not come from us.
No advice, and no guaranteed outcome
The articles and guidance on this site are general commentary written from our own practice. They are not professional advice for your situation, and they are not legal, financial, tax or employment advice in any situation. Please apply your own judgement to your own circumstances before acting on them.
Sales results depend on your market, your product, your pricing, your people, and decisions outside our control. Nothing on this site guarantees revenue, growth, or any other commercial outcome - including the reinvestment we commit to, which is a commitment about how we spend our fee, not a promise of a result.

You may read them and quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not republish, resell, or present the content or the method as your own, or reproduce it at scale, without our written permission.
The Growth Frontier name and logo are ours. Using them to imply a relationship that does not exist is not permitted.

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it. Please do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content, or anything unlawful. We may block access where any of that is happening.

Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. In short: we run no analytics or tracking, our pages load no third-party scripts, and we hold nothing about you beyond what you choose to send us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
