What we do
Eight disciplines. One system.
From the first sales conversation to long-term retention. Which of them your company needs is decided by a month of analysis, then installed in the order revenue needs them.
08
disciplines, each one a page of its own
03
phases: foundation, pipeline, revenue
06
months minimum, from analysis to handover
On-site
every discipline installed in your office
01 - Foundation
The system every deal will run on.
Nothing downstream holds without these three. Skip them and every later discipline becomes theatre - cadences into a CRM nobody trusts, demos for a buyer nobody defined.
Sales Strategy & Planning
A repeatable go-to-market plan: ideal customer, positioning, pricing model and the numbers that define a qualified deal.
Sales Team Organization
The right people in the right roles, from SDR to AE to CS, with clear handoffs and someone accountable at every stage.
CRM Implementation
Selected, configured and rolled out around your process - then taught in the room until the team actually uses it.
02 - Pipeline
Filling it, and moving what is in it.
Two different problems that get confused constantly. Volume at the top is worthless if deals stall in the middle, and a flawless demo cannot save an empty pipeline.
Lead Gen & Prospecting
Outbound systems, ICP targeting and multi-channel sequences that fill the pipeline on schedule, without depending on the founder.
Customer Engagement
Scripts, cadences and playbooks that keep prospects moving instead of going quietly cold in someone's inbox.
Sales Demonstration
Demos built around what your buyer needs to see to say yes - then rehearsed with your reps on live calls.
03 - Revenue
Winning deals, then keeping them.
Where most of the margin is won or quietly given away. A closed deal that churns in two quarters was never revenue - it was a loan.
Negotiation & Closing
Objection handling, deal structuring and discount guardrails, so you close without giving away the margin you priced for.
Post-Sales & Support
Onboarding flows, success milestones and upsell pathways that turn a closed deal into a renewal instead of a churn statistic.

You do not have to buy all eight. You do have to respect the sequence of the ones you buy.
Where the analysis shows marketing is what feeds sales badly, changing it is part of the build too - it has its own place in the project outline.
04 - Questions
Asked on most first calls.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call - we would rather answer it before an engagement than during one.
What does Growth Frontier actually build?
The operating system behind sales: strategy, team structure, CRM, lead generation, customer engagement, demos, closing workflows and post-sales support. Built inside your company, not handed over as a document.
Can this work for an early-stage company?
Yes, provided you have paying customers and know why they bought. The work scales from a first repeatable motion up to a structured revenue team with clear roles and reporting. Pre-product is too early.
Can you improve an existing sales process?
Yes, and that is most engagements. We audit the current motion, keep what works, and rebuild the gaps - usually pipeline visibility, conversion quality, team workflow or buyer experience.
Which CRM tools can you support?
We select, configure, clean up and roll out the common platforms, then connect them to the reporting and workflows your team needs daily. We are not resellers, so the recommendation follows your process.
Do we have to buy all eight disciplines?
No. Most engagements are a subset, and the analysis decides which subset. What is not optional is the order: foundation before pipeline, pipeline before closing. Skipping a step makes everything after it decorative.
How does an engagement begin?
A focused discovery conversation, then one month inside the work: stakeholder interviews, real calls, closed-won and closed-lost deals, your pipeline as it stands. The evaluation is scored and presented within the following two weeks, together with the scope of the full project.
Do you work on marketing as well?
Not as a standalone service - we build the sales function. But marketing initiatives are one of the ten areas the analysis scores, and when the evaluation shows that what marketing hands sales is the reason deals stall, implementing those changes is part of the build. It sits in the project outline alongside the sales organisational work.
How long is a full engagement?
Six months at minimum, after the analysis month. Shorter than that and you change a procedure without changing how people think about it, which is the version that quietly reverts once we leave. The exact scope and timeline come out of your evaluation, so no two projects are the same length.
What happens after handover?
Continuous improvement: email consulting, monthly in-person meetings, go-to-market strategies, training, and technology changes as they come up. We treat your company as an investment, so we stay reachable until the engine has reached its full maturity.

Tell us where your sales stands today and we will tell you which of the eight to install first - or whether you need something else entirely.
The first call is with Ivan Babovic, who founded the firm - not a sales development rep. Thirty minutes, no deck.
